Policies

• Cancellations due to weather are only allowed when the Steamship Authority ferry is cancelled for the entire day. Steamship ferry is considered the life line to the island and if the ferry is operating, cancellations due to weather concerns will not be honored. 

 

• Children over the age of 10 are welcome.

• We kindly ask that you do not bring your pets, as they are not allowed on the premises.

​

• All rooms have private bath, hairdryer, cable TV, AC, iron, ironing board and free, fast WiFi.

​

• Bicycles are included with room rate. 

​

• Rates do not include state and local occupancy tax of 11.7% or gratuities.

​

• A three-night minimum stay may be required in high season. Two-night weekend reservations are required in other seasons.

​

• All rates are 2 persons per room or apartment. Additional guest rate: $20 per night.

​

• Entire amount required in advance for stays of four nights or less. Deposit of 50% required on all other reservations. Email or call us if you are booking more than 4 nights and would like to pay only 50% deposit.

• Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

​

• If you give us more than 30 days' notice of cancellation, you will be charged 50% of the total amount. With fewer than 30 days' notice, we will return your room to our inventory and attempt to re-book it. If we rebook, 50% of all advance money will then be returned to the original guest. This refund policy only applies to reservations made on our website booking page- it does not apply to reservations made through other websites or non-refundable rates. Please remember we are on an Island and book well in advance. Once your reservation has been made, other calls will be refused. There are very few walk-ins to fill the space if you cancel with short notice.
